    2 (64g) scoops Vanilla Casein Protein Powder (A heaping scoop is about 32g)
    2 tablespoons almond butter
    14g almonds, chopped
    2 tablespoons Splenda
    1-3 or more tablespoons water
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Chop almonds and set aside.
Put 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder in a bowl and 2 tablespoons Splenda (or whatever sweetener you like).
Add two tablespoons of almond butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Adding a tablespoon of water a little at a time, mix until you get a cookie dough like consistency.
Place chopped nuts on top and incorporate into dough.
Shape dough into a rectangle and put in the fridge for at least a half hour to firm up the bar. (I put all the dough into a medium-sized Ziploc bag, shape it into a rectangle and chill it that way, and then cut it into bars afterwards.)
