    6 cups shredded cauliflower ( 1 med.head)
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 - 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    .25 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
    1 dash of salt.


Shred cauliflower on a grater, Heat oil in a large skillet
on med.heat.Add cauliflower sason with salt,saute until soft,just turning a bit golden brown about 10 min.
Turn off heat and add the lime juice and cilantro.
Serve with meat or fish.

Serving Size: makes 4 serv.
