Great Low Calorie/Low Sugar Popsicles for the summer Great Low Calorie/Low Sugar Popsicles for the summer
Number of Servings: 10


    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup fresh blackberries
    1 cup halved strawberries
    1/2 cup any juice (I had pink lemonade so it's what I used)


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until there are no large chunks. I used an immersion blender. Pour in to popsicle molds and freeze.

I have an "instant" popsicle maker and it took about 15 minutes. If you don't have one I think it takes about 12 hours for a popsicle to freeze.

Serving Size: Makes 10 popsicles
