Ingredients

    2 T butter
    1/4 chopped green onion
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    4 T Daisy Light Sour Cream
    4 t. Koops' Honey Mustard
    1 - 8 oz package of Hormel Natural Choice Brown Sugar Ham, chopped

Directions

Melt butter and saute onions and mushrooms till soft. Add ham, sour cream and mustard. Cook over low heat till warm.

Serve on top of a baked potato. Top with low fat shredded cheddar cheese if desired. (Note: potato and cheese not included in nutritional data.)
