Number of Servings: 4


    4 medium potatoes (either red or Idaho)
    1 medium onion
    2 medium tart apples
    4 or 5 small breakfast chops (1 lb)
    1 tablespoon melted butter
    1/4 cup parmesian cheese
    1 tbsp horseradish sauce


Slice potatos, onions and apples (1/4 inch slices) into large bowl

Drizzle melted butter over ingredients salt and pepper, then mix with wooden spoon till butter is evenly distributed

Add horseradish mix with wooden spoon till horseradish is evenly distributed
Repeat with Parmesian cheese

Pour potato, apple and onion mixture into baking pan that has a lid (like a small enamel chicken cooker)

top with pork chops and season the chops to taste

Bake covered for 35-45 minutes till done.

Makes 4 good size servings
