Ingredients

    2 oz - 93% Ground beef, browned (and thawed)
    1 c - Broccoli, chopped
    0.5 c - Water Chestnuts, sliced
    0.5 c - Onions, diced
    0.5 c - Red Peppers, diced
    0.5 tsp - Chili Oil
    1 tbsp - Rice Vinegar
    1 tsp - Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp - water

Tips

serve with 0.5 c brown rice if desired.


Directions

Heat non-stick skillet on medium. Add liquid ingredients, and bring to a low simmer. Add beef and veggies, and heat through until veggies are tender crisp. Serve hot.
