    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *fresh sweet onion (1 medium), 150 gram(s)
    *rainbow chard cooked, 175 gram(s)
    Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    Wild Rice, 2 cup
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled


In stock pot add water and broth, cut carrots, sliced chard, bay leaf and diced onion, boil. In a separate pot add chicken and pepper, cook thoroughly. Once cooked chop or shred chicken and add to the soup pot. Add rice at the same point, soup will be ready in about 40 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 1.5 cup servings
