    1 tbls butter
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup orange juice
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup frozen mixed berries
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts


mix brown sugar , softened butter and cinnamon to form crumbs set aside , mix flour , sugar , soda , powder and salt. In another bowl mix OJ , eggs , applesauce and vanilla. mix wet and dry ingredients together just till mixed add berries and nuts and fold. divide into 12 muffin cups and sprinkle brown sugar mixture on top. bake 20-25 min until done inside.
