    1- 540ML can (19 OZ) Beans, black
    1- 540ML can (19 OZ) Beans, navy
    1- 540ML can (19 OZ) Beans, red kidney
    2 tbsp Cilantro, raw,
    1 tsp Ground cumin,
    1 tsp Adobe Spice
    1 Garlic clove,
    1/2 Medium Onions, raw
    1 Yellow Peppers (bell peppers),
    1 tbsp Olive Oil,
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar,


drain beans in a colindar and rinse well. let the beans drain while you get the rest ready.
Cut up the cilantro, onions, garlic, and pepper into small pieces.
Place all the above in a container with a lid, in a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the bean mixture. Shake to mix, put inside fridge and let marinade for at least 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 10 side dish servings or 20 snack portions
