    Ronzoni Lasagna, 16 oz (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup (remove)
    Pubix Fatfree Cottage Cheese, 2 cup (remove)
    Prego Traditional Sauce, 5 cup (remove)
    Subway Provolone Cheese (2 triangles), 8 serving (remove)
    Kraft LowoMoisture part-skim Mozzarella, 2 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.33 cup pieces (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .33 cup, chopped (remove)


cook Lasagna noodles for 10 mins. drain and cool
while noodles are cooling cook celery, onions,mushrroms, and peppers ( add garlic powder and pepper to your taste)
in Lasagna pan start with a thin layer of sauce, layer noodles next and ricotta cheese then thin layer of sauce.
layer of noodles and layer the onion mix and layer of the provalone a thin layer of sauce
layer of noodles and cottage cheese and thin layer of sauce
last layer of noodles and cover with rest of sauce and Mozzarella to top
cover and back at 375 for 90 mins. let stand 5 mins before cutting . cut in 12 pieces
