Introduction

Easy to make, great for appetizers or even breakfast. Easy to make, great for appetizers or even breakfast.
Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1 cup of Bisquick
    1.5 cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 lbs of Jimmy Deans Premium Pork Sausage (HOT)
    1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
    1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper

Tips

If you do not care for spicy, then do not add the cayenne pepper.

Each sausage ball has around 2.3 grams of carbs.


Directions

Heat Oven to 350 degrees
1. Cook sausage and drain completely.
2. After sausage has cooled, mix remaining ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Really work it with your hands making sure to break up any large clumps of sausage.
3. Using a melon ball scoop, scoop and shape the into bite sized balls.
4. Place the balls on a non-stick pan.
5 Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, based on how done you like them.
