    8 oz Lean Ground Turkey
    3 Bell Peppers (Green, Red, & Yellow) strips or chopped
    1 TB Tastefully Simple Onion Onion
    1 Jar (26 Oz.) Pasta Sauce
    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese -- divided
    1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
    2 cups Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese -- divided
    3 cups Cooked Penne


Heat the oven to 375. In a large saucepan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, brown the ground turkey with the bell peppers and Onion Onion until the meat is browned and the peppers begin to soften. Drain.

Return the pepper mixture to the saucepan and stir in the pasta sauce, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, oregano, 1 cup mozzarella, and pasta. Spray 13x9 baking dish with Pam then spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
