Shrimp in Dijon sauce over baby spinach Shrimp in Dijon sauce over baby spinach
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Wash and clean spinach. Slice onion and add to spinach. Add cooked and deveined shrimp. Add mushrooms and croutons (croutons are optional and I didn't include in calculation).

    Mix dressing and toss with salad.

Directions

use frozen shrimp or cook devined, shrimp til done. Let cool for salad.
