    1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla flavored)
    1/3 cup coconute flakes
    6 oz plain Greek yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp liquid coffee creamer
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground nutmeg
    Splenda to taste (I used quite a few packets)


Combine ingredients and freeze for several hours or overnight. Makes 4 popsicles.
