Slow cooker chicken with green & white beans, potatoes and garlic. Slow cooker chicken with green & white beans, potatoes and garlic.
Number of Servings: 4


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 2 serving
    Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
    Beans, white, 2 cup
    Garlic, 5 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving
    Papa John's Garlic Sauce (1 Tablespoon), 2 serving


Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub and dice potatoes, add to pot.
Season with onion powder, black pepper and ground cumin seed.
Add minced garlic.
Add chicken broth.
Drain and add green beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Season with a bit more black pepper.
Add garlic sauce.
Cover and set on High.
