I cook these in microwave on medium power so that the beans don't break up and go mashy. I use Vegetarian Worcester sauce sometimes to make this vegetarian. I serve them on toast with a teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive oil drizzled over instead of marge or butter on the bread.
