Introduction

An every day salsa that works well with all chips and vegetables. Mild and delicious. An every day salsa that works well with all chips and vegetables. Mild and delicious.
Number of Servings: 64

Ingredients

    1 gallon peeled ripe tomatoes
    2 bell peppers, any
    4 oz can green chilis, diced
    1 oz ground garlic
    1 oz cumin
    small bundle of cilantro
    1 jalapeno
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, diced


Directions

In blender or food processor, combine ingredients. Do not puree, just mix.

Can add avocados, fresh tomatoes, red onion before serving. Can freeze without avacados or onion, will need to add lemon juice before freezing.

Good with chips, vegetable slices or anything you'd use salsa on.

Great for any occasion and everyone likes it.
