Introduction

This is my favorite way to cook veggies in the summer! This is my favorite way to cook veggies in the summer!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 red peppers
    2 yellow peppers
    2 orange peppers
    2 green peppers
    2 c. whole mushrooms
    2 onions
    3 T EVOO
    1t. onion powder
    1t. garlic powder
    1T. lemon juice
    1T lite soy sauce

Directions

Cut veggies to your liking. I put mine on skewers, so my pieces are large. Mix the EVOO, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, and soy sauce and pour over veggies. Let marinate for about an hour. Place on grill until desired crispness.
