Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Cups Oatmeal
    4 Cups Cinnamon Chex
    1/3 Cup Sliced Almonds
    1/2 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts
    3/4 Cup Dried Mixed Berries
    2 Cups Smooth Peanut Butter
    1 Cup Honey

Tips

Nuts can be substituted for those you prefer.
Likewise dried fruits can be interchanged.
Also other sweeteners can be used, such as real maple syrup, brown rice syrup, or golden syrup.


Directions

In large mixing bowl combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Weigh out 2.4 oz. and press into 1/2" patty.

Place individual pieces into small Zipper-locking snack baggies.

Serving Size: 2.4 oz - Approximately 2"x2" squares
