Ingredients

    2 T Flour
    2 T Butter (I use Brummel and Brown)
    1 c 2% milk

Tips

This is a base sauce so you may add any seasonings. Also any type of cheese goes great melted with this sauce.


Directions

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix well. Slowly add milk mixing the entire time. May add more milk to desired consistency.
