    1 1/2 ripe bananas smashed
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 cup oats
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 scoops Visalus Shake Mix


Mix all ingredients and divide between 6 muffin cups. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes until muffins just begin to brown.
