Ingredients

    char-broil steak until preferred doneness finish veggies in pan
    with a bit of clarified butter add veggies to hot pan.(never cook
    food items in cold a cooking source )add seasoning, if desired
    a bit wine or brandy may be added.Heat sauce in pan.

    Step:#2 Now your ready to plate your meal.
    your plate is now in front of you,the first item on the will be
    the potato just slightly higher then center now lean the veggies
    against the potato start with the baby carrots with the points up
    then the the pepper pieces with the points up then at the base of
    of the carrots peppers add the broccoli.Now lay the steak on the
    side and make three equal slices. then add the sauce to the
    front of the plate in front of the veggies.Now stand the steak
    so you can see the inside slightly over the slices.You should see
    the veggies "standing" with the points up! You can add just a bit of the
    sauce on the slices of meat but the steak is the main feature so
    you don't want to cover it up,show it enjoy

All food items can be prep'd in advance


Directions

steak broiled,veg par boiled finished in pan with butter
and seasoned potato oven heated in oven on pie tin covered with foil. The steak may be heated like this also
if needed to warmed up. be careful oven heats fast
