A fat-free, flavour-full breakfast side you can make at home! Got this from a local B & B and love it! They served it with a huge fruit salad and a cup of tart yogurt. Ingredients

1 large sweet onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and chopped
2/3 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice Seasoning (more, to taste)
Tips
Serve alongside a fresh fruit salad and a small bowl of yogurt. Drizzle maple syrup overtop for a treat!
Directions
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Add the onion and a splash of water and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed, until softened.
Add garlic, potatoes and another splash of water and cook 5 minutes more.
Add broth and steak spice, stirring well.
Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are just tender.
Uncover and cook over high heat 5 minutes, until broth has evaporated.
Serving Size: Makes 4 breakfast sides
