Introduction
I combined elements of two different baked oatmeal sparkrecipes to come up with this delicious combo that is our new favorite Sunday morning breakfast! Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 & 1/3 cup skim milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups uncooked oats
1/3 cup raisins
1 & 1/2 cup fresh or (thawed, frozen) blueberries
Directions
Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat the eggs, mix in the applesauce, brown sugar, milk, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, raisins & oats. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
