    1 mini whole wheat pita
    1 - 6 oz. can water packed light tuna
    1 T. Miracle Whip light or 3 T. nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/4 t. dried dill weed
    Lettuce, tomato, radish and/or cucumber
    Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)


Split pita in half & toast slightly.
Mix tuna, Miracle Whip & seasoning. Top the pita wityh the tuna mixture, open-face style.
Add lettuce, tomato, radish & cucumber as desired.
Squeeze lemon juice on top if desired.
