1/2 C orange juice
1/4 C water
dash salt (optional)
dash cinnamon
6 T quick oatmeal (not instant)
1/4 C bran flakes or raisin bran
2 T dried cranberries
1/4 C light vanilla yogurt
1 T chopped walnuts
Directions
One Serving
Place orange juice, water, salt, cinnamon, oatmeal, bran flakes and cranberries in medium, microwave safe bowl. Microcook on high 2 minutes, stirring once. Let stand, if necessary, to reach desired consistency. Top with yogurt and walnuts. Enjoy!
