    93% lean ground beef
    tater tots 36
    1 cup frozen kernel corn
    1 can black eye peas
    1 cup carrots diced
    2 tablespoons lipton onion soup mix
    1 can Healthy request cream of mushroom
    1 tablespoon lea & Perrin Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tablespoon Corn starch


Brown ground beef, drain and rinse with HOT water. In a large bowl combine the onion soup mix corn starch and worcestershire sauce. Whisk to combine well and make sure there are no lumps. Add remaining ingredients, except tater tots, including rinsed ground beef, season to taste and stir well. Pour into 11 x 7 baking dish and top with tater tots. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 min or until tater tots are golden brown.
