    2 leaves of Boston lettuce

    1 laughing cow cheese wedge

    1 serving of turkey (51 grams)


Wash leaves of lettuce and dry between paper towels.

Take cheese wedge and divide between both leaves. Mash with fork and spread down center of each leaf.

Divide turkey breast in half and place in center.

Roll up and enjoy.
