Ingredients

    1 cup whole egg
    1 cup egg beaters
    1/3 cup 1% milk
    1 small green pepper( diced)
    1/4 cup onion (Diced
    2 oz. cabot 75% reduced fat sharp cheese shredded
    1/4 cup mini turkey pepperoni
    1 fresh sliced tomato
    1tablespoon Itianian spices

Directions

chop pepper and onion and place in pie dish and put in oven as it preheats (400*){ this will cook the veggies just a little}while that is happening ,mix the eggs ,milk 1/2 the shredded cheese , Itaian spices unti foamy. take the veggie out and add turkey pepperoni the pour the egg mix over the veggies top with sliced tomato and rest of the cheese bake 45 min then serve.
