Number of Servings: 4


    4 tomatoes, halved horizontally
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
    1 t chopped fresh oregano
    1/4 t salt
    pepper to taste
    4 t olive oil


Cut tomatoes in half, place on baking sheet, top with mixture of cheese and oregano and olive oil.
Bake 15 minutes in 450 oven.
