    9 oz ground turkey(about 1/2 a package)
    1 Tbl tamari
    1 t minced garlic
    2t minced ginger root
    1/4 c shredded carrot
    1/4 red bell pepper minced
    1 jalapeno minced
    1 c green onion slices
    1 c cooked brown rice
    8 large (outer leaves) romaine lettuce
    1/3 c tamari
    1/3 c water
    3 Tbl lemon juice
    1Tbl minced ginger root
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 Tbl sugar


cook first 7 ingredients in a skillet (no oil needed) you can brown turkey first if you like add cooked rice once it is throughly cooked. serve with lettuce leaves and top with green onion slices
