    12 3-3 1/2" wonton wrappers
    6 slices turkey bacon
    1 tomato, diced and seeded (about 1 cup)
    2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tsp mustard
    1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray, place wonton wrappers in each cup, spray wontons with light coating of nonstick spray. Place in preheated oven, bake 7-8 minutes.

To make salad:
Cook turkey bacon in oven, skillet, or microwave (whatever desired method may be). Wait until it is cool, crumble. Combine all tomatoes, lettuce, bacon.

Mix dressing in separate dish: mayonnaise, garlic powder, pepper, mustard. Pour on salad, toss.

Serve salad in wonton cups and enjoy.

Serving Size: 6--2 wontons for each person
