great tasting low calorie soup that will fill you up without wieghing you down! great tasting low calorie soup that will fill you up without wieghing you down!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1-28 oz can of petite diced tomatos
    2 cups tomato juice or vegetable juice
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    4 cups chopped cabbage
    2 cups water
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 teaspoon Oragano
    1/4 t ground tyme
    red pepper if you like

Directions

Put all ingredients in a 4 quart pot and cook on medium heat stiring occationaly till vegetables are soft. sereving siz about 2 cups. it can take any where from 40 -60 min. to cook depending on your preference.
