Ingredients

    Mid Loin Pork Chop Lean @ 3 oz (110grams) incl bone, 3 serving
    Almond Meal, 1 3/4oz (50grams)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, @1 1/2 oz (40 grams)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
    Onion powder, 1/2 tsp
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    oil 2 tsp

Tips

Pork can be eaten medium like steak. 5 minutes on each side in a medium heat skillet will cook it to medium .... don't forget to rest for at least 5 minutes.


Directions

Whisk egg white with a little water to loosen and beat.

Mix the almond meal, cheese, Mrs Dash, garlic and onion powders together.

Dip the chops into the egg white and then coat with the seasoned almond meal

Heat 2 tsp of oil in skillet and lightly saute the chops for approximately 5 minutes on each side - don't overcook.

Serving Size: Makes 3 "breaded/crumbed" chops
