    1 gluten free fajita shell
    2 oz. of sirloin steak, sliced into strips
    1/4 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 cup onions, sliced
    1 tbsp salsa
    1/2 cup sweet pepper sliced (red, yellow or green)
    1 large mushroom, sliced
    1/2 oz cheddar cheese
    1/2 tbsp fat free sour cream
    Pam Cooking Spray


Spray Pam Cooking Spray into cold sautee pan. Turn on burner and let pan heat up. Add onion, garlic, pepper and mushroom slices, and sautee until soft and onions are transparent. Remove from pan and add beef strips. Cook until desired doneness. We like ours a little pink in the middle. If so desired, add some teriyaki sauce, hot sauce, or whatever tickles your this point, and let meat simmer for a few minutes. IN trying to keep the calories down, I don't add any extras.
Add vegetables back into the pan and combine with meat mixture. Spoon into fajita shell, stop with salsa, cheddar cheese and sour cream, and enjoy.
