Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    .5 head of cauliflower shredded
    1 cup of cheddar cheese shredded
    1 egg
    1 onion finely diced
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Shred the cauliflower and then microwave with 2 tbsp water for 4 minutes.
Mix together with remaining ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste
Press into greased muffin tins.....6
Bake at 350
Flip after 15 minutes....bake until crispy
