    24 oz (1.5 lbs.) Chicken Breast, no skin
    2/3 cup Evaporated fat free skim milk
    2 Tbs. Butter, unsalted
    2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/4 cup Sour Cream
    8 oz. (1/2 box) Fettucine Noodles
    nutmeg (optional)
    black pepper (optional)


Add nutmeg and black pepper before serving.


Spray fry pan with non stick cooking spray. Slice chicken in strips and cook in a pan over medium high heat until no longer pink (about 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices).
Meanwhile, boil water and cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain pasta and return to warm pan. Add milk, butter, parmesan cheese, and sour cream. Stir / toss to melt butter and coat noodles. Add cooked chicken and stir to combine.
