Ingredients

    1 small, ripe banana
    2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    4 tbsp coconut flour
    1/2 cup coconut beverage, or almond milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    stevia, to taste
    dash salt
    slightly less than 1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp butter, to grease pan between pancakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, cook over medium high heat griddle, flip when bubbles

Serving Size: makes 9 pancakes
