    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 17 oz
    White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 1.5 serving
    *Kraft Mozzarella shredded - part skim, 1.5 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), 6 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    Garlic - 1 clove
    Cumin 2tsp
    Chili powder 2 tsp
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Salt and pepper to taste


Cut tops off and par boil peppers until they change color. Set aside.
Cook rice - set aside.
Mince and sautee onion and garlic in butter. Add ground beef and brown. In a large bowl, combine beef mixture, rice, 1 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, and all spices in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
Suff peppers with "filling" mixture and top with a little more sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 mins.
