    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Rice Dream Original rice milk, 1.5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)


Remove kale leaves from the center stalk and tear into chunks. Remove any thick spinach stems. In a blender, mix kale, spinach and milk until smooth. Add banana, honey, and peanut butter and blend thoroughly. Serve over ice.

Serves 2... or one giant smoothie

Serving Size: Makes two small smoothies (3.5 c)
