    1 can white beans; drained and rinsed
    1/4 C. all natural peanut butter + 1 T. (if needed)
    1/4 C. walden farms pancake syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 T. vanilla extract
    1/4 C. dark chocolate chips


Blend all but the chocolate chips together in food processor. Transfer to bowl, mix in chocolate chips by hand. Can eat immediately as 1/4 c. servings (we dished it up and ate it with a spoon out of custard cups) or stick in fridge for an hour to harden a bit and roll into balls (2-3 balls per serving; depending on size.)
