    *Zuchinni Squash 3 medium (11 gm)), 3 serving
    *Del Monte Diced Tomatoes Basil Garlic and Oregano No Salt Added, 1.5 cup
    *Buitoni Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 4.8 tbsp (1/3 cup)

    Wash and slice the zuchinni into long strips about 1/2 inch wide. Use Pam to grease an oven dish. Layer one layer of zuchinni. Open the can of tomatoes and use a 1/2 cup measure to dip out the tomatoes. Layer them on top of the zuchinni. Use a 1/3 cup measure for the Parmesan and sprinkle 1/3 over the tomato sauce. Repeat with another layer of zuchinni/sauce/cheese and then one more layer. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until the zuchinni is soft.
