    1.5 cups broccoli, cut up into bite-size pieces
    3 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut up into bite-size pieces
    2 tbsp Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian dressing, oil removed (see instructions)
    1 tbsp pine nuts
    1 oz crumbled fat free feta cheese


Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for about 1 minute. Add chicken and cook an additional minute.

Open your new and undisturbed bottle of Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian dressing and pour out about 3/4 cup of the oil that is sitting on the top. (You can use that oil in other dishes or throw it away.) Shake well.

Top the broccoli and chicken with 2 tbsp of "skinny" dressing, 1 tbsp pine nuts and 1 oz of fat-free feta. Toss and enjoy.

You can try other toppings such as: kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and capers.
