    Simply Potatoes, Hash Browns (20 oz)
    Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat), 1 cup (8 oz)
    Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, diced (or 3/4 cup shredded)
    Real Bacon Bits, 3 oz pkg
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp


Can add other vegetables if desired.


Mix ingredients in 3 qt casserole. Bake 45 minutes @ 350 degrees. Stirring once after 20 minutes.
