Ingredients

ice, strawberrys, banana's, honey, and apple juice.

Tips

Your smoothie doesn't have to hae strawberries and banana's, feel free to add what ever fruit you like that has a flavor you will enjoy. But if you choose to keep the fruit that is used in this recipe, it is a strawberry banana smootie.

Directions

First start off by dumping the ice in a blender. Fill it up about almost half way. Then add your cup of apple juice into the ice. Rinse your strawberry's off and cup of the green top of it. After cutting the tops off cut the strawberry's in half and place them into the blender. Then get your banana's and slice it into into small pieces(about 1 in. a piece). Afterwards, add the honey to give the smootie and little sweetness of flavor. When done adding the ingrediants place the top on the blender and blend everything together. This lasts for about 45 sec. After blending take the top off and check to see it is lumpy icy or thick. You don't want it to be this way, so in order to get rid of this add a little more apple juice to the smoothie. When this process is over, you are done making the smoothie and now it is ready to be served.

Serving Size: 1 cup is the serving size but this smootie make up to 10 servings.
