Number of Servings: 33


    1 Cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1/3 C ground flax seed
    1 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    1/4 t salt
    1 large egg
    2 T canola oil
    1 t vanilla
    1/3 C sugar
    1 C fat free Chobani Greek Yogurt
    1/2 C orange juice
    2 C blueberries
    Cooking Spray


Only 1 WW's (old) points per muffin. These muffins can be made ahead of time and frozen. Thaw on counter or in oven or microwave when ready to eat. You can put glaze on them at that time if you wish.


Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry with wet but do not overmix or batter will be rubbery. Fold in blueberries. Divide into muffin cups prepared with cooking spray and bake 15-18 minutes.
