    4 Chicken Breast-bone and skin removed
    1 pound Thin Spaghetti
    1 small Onion, chopped
    1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 Red Bell Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 Tablespoon Butter
    1.5 pound Velveeta Light Cheese, cubed
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    8 ounces Mushrooms, canned
    Pimentos small jar
    1 Can Peas


Boil chicken breast in 2 quarts water. Remove and cool chicken, keep broth. Boil spaghetti in broth. While Spaghetti cooks, sauté onion and bell peppers in butter, until onions are translucent. When spaghetti is done keep water in pan add Velveeta, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Cream of Chicken Soup, and Mushrooms. When Velveeta is melted and combined well with other ingredients add sauté ingredients, pimentos, and peas.

Serves well in crock pot for pot-lucks or bake in small tin pans at 350 for 25 minutes, then freeze for later meals. Makes approximately 12 servings.
