    * Quaker Quick Barley, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 2 medium, diced (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long), diced (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves, minced (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Tomato Paste, 0.20 cup (remove)
    * Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)


1. Boil 2 cups water, stir in barley. Reduce heat and simmer covered until tender. Set aside.

2. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery, garlic & oregano. Cook 5 minutes or until veggies tender. Stir in broth & tomato paste. Bring to boil and reduce heat, cover until veggies are soft. Stir in barley and heat through.
