Number of Servings: 4


    1 Cup Quinoa
    2 cups water
    1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    1 Banana
    10 Strawberries
    2 tsp Coffee Creamer powder
    1 tsp Vanilla


Most people would just put the fruit on top, but I like to mix a little in towards the end of cooking to really get the flavor throughout.


Mix the water, coffee creamer, quinoa, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Lower heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed. Allow to rest 5 minutes, covered.
Dice up half the banana and strawberries and about 3/4 of the way through cooking stir them into the quinoa.
After quinoa rests about 5 minutes, spoon into bowls and top with remaining sliced fruit.
