    4 cups cooked rice
    8 ounces light sour cream
    1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup sauteed or canned mushrooms chopped
    1 cup green chiles chopped


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix the cooked rice with the undiluted soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Layer a third of this mixture on the bottom or a greased 1 quart casserole.

Add a layer of green chiles. Repeat this layring process twice. Top with the grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
